I am well versed in all phases of home construction and remodeling. As a young man in the U.S. Navy, I finished my career in charge of the Pipe and Plumbing shop aboard the U.S.S. Kitty Hawk, an aircraft carrier. Spending the last 20+ years as a remodeling contractor in the Granville, Newark, and Heath area, makes me uniquely qualified to do your home inspection.
I am a certified member in good standing of InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. The Ohio Department of Agriculture for termites, and the Ohio Department of Health for Radon Gas testing. I will provide honest, objective, and thorough inspection reports.
